国际贸易课程简介
本课程为国际经济贸易专业必修课，主要教学内容紧紧围绕国际贸易理论、政策与措施。具体内容包括：国际分工理论、古典国际贸易理论、新古典国际贸易理论、当代国际贸易理论；世界市场价格、国际服务贸易、跨国公司、对外贸易政策、关税与非关税壁垒；国际贸易条约和协定、区域经济一体化和世界贸易组织等。通过学习，学生将了解对外贸易产生的原因、掌握国际分工的理论、了解世界市场价格的形成及变化规律、知晓有关对外贸易的政策法规、了解当代国际贸易格局。尤其是对跨国公司的经营战略、区域经济一体化和世界经济全球化趋势等热点问题，能够紧密联系实际探讨，分析、解决国际贸易现实问题。为从事国际贸易及相关专业工作打下基础。

Course introduction to “International Trade Theory
This course is offered for students major in international economic and trade as a required professional course. It focuses on international trade theories, policies and measures. The concrete content includes: international division of labor theory, classical international trade theory, neo-classical international trade theory, contemporary international trade theory; the global market pricing, international trade in services, MNC, foreign trade policy, tariff and non-tariff barriers; the international trade agreement and treaty, the regional economic zone and WTO and etc. Through this course, students can grasp such as: the causes of foreign trade, the theory of international division of labor, the global market pricing formation and its trend, the relevance of policies, rules and regulations of trade as well as to understand the pattern of international trade. More importantly, it is to know more about the MNC strategy, regional economic integration and the world trend of economic globalization and other hot issues, so as to analyze and solve practical problems in international trade to lay a good foundation for those who want to pursue the career in this field.

本课程是国际经济与贸易专业的核心课程，旨在使学生了解和掌握进出口业务的专业知识和技能，培养学生独立从事国际货物贸易业务的综合素质和业务能力。其内容包括：国际贸易合同中的商品名称、质量、包装、数量、价格、运输、保险、报关、交货、付款、检验、索赔、仲裁和不可抗力条款，以及进出口贸易的交易磋商、合同订立和履行。在学习时，学生应注重理论联系实践，从市场开拓、商务谈判、合同履行和风险管理等各方面提高自己的国际经贸业务操作技能。

Course introduction to “Practice of International Trade”
The Practice of International Trade is an applied course with detailed studies on contracts of international transactions of goods and commercial laws, practices and procedures involved in international trade. It aims at providing students with necessary knowledge on doing international business and building up their skills and creation ability in business communication in English, negotiation, management, market research and doing international trade. It is a stem course for students majored in international economics and trade. Its content includes: commodity and description; trade terms and pricing; international cargo transport; international cargo transport insurance; international payments; inspection, claims, arbitration and Force Majeure; negotiation and conclusion of contract; execution of E/I Contract; Trade Forms.

《国际贸易理论与实务》是国际经济与贸易专业学生必修专业课。课程内容由国际贸易理论和国际贸易实务两部分组成。国际贸易理论研究内容包括国际贸易政策与措施、各国的对外贸易政策、区域经济一体化、国际贸易组织、国际服务贸易等。国际贸易实务主要研究国际商品交换的具体过程，以我国对外贸易方针政策为指导，阐明商品进出口业务的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能。通过学习，学生能全面掌握进出口业务专业知识和技能，学会运用国际贸易惯例和国际贸易法律知识，解决实际问题。

Course introduction to “International Trade Theory and Practice”
International Trade Theory and Practice is offered for students major in international economic and trade as a required professional course. The contents of this course include two parts: International Trade Theory and International Trade Practice. The main research content of the former includes: international trade policies and measures, foreign trade policies of different countries, regional economic integration, international trade organization and international trade in services, etc. The latter focuses on the specific process of international commodity exchange. It clarifies the basic theory, knowledge and skills of the commodity import and export with China’s foreign trade policies as a guide. Through the study, students can grasp the professional knowledge and skills of import and export business, learn to use the knowledge of international trade practice and international trade law to solve practical problems.

国际金融是一门研究货币、资本跨越国界运动规律的科学。宏观而言，它从货币金融的角度研究开放经济下内外均衡的同时实现，研究国际收支、国际储备、汇率制度、国际货币体系、国际资本流动和货币危机防范等理论问题。微观而言，它阐述外汇交易与风险防范、国际结算、国际融资、国际投资、国际金融市场业务等实务操作知识与技巧。学生应了解国际收支、外汇汇率、国际金融市场、国际金融体系和外债管理的基本概念和原理，掌握外汇交易业务、国际融资业务和外汇风险防范业务的知识和技能。

Course introduction to “international finance”
International Finance is an independent discipline on principles of international capital flow. This course mainly focuses on macroeconomic issues and policies of achieving the goals of internal and external balance in an open economy in terms of money and capital. It covers the fundamentals of the equilibrium of the balance of payment, international monetary system, international financial market, international capital flow, international investment, international reserve and international settlement. It also offers coverage of the most up-to-date methods for financial management of the international firms that carry out cross-border operations in boundless world. Exchange rate issue is the core problem, including the debate of fixed versus flexible exchange rate regimes. Student should learn fundamental knowledge of intentional finance, and grasp management skills of international finance and investment. Student also should apply theoretical knowledge to real-world applications.

International Business Law is a compulsory course for international economics and trade majors. The core contents of the course are about the legal norms of international business activities. The learning objectives of the course are to help students understand the legal norms and principles of international business, and be able to solve the basic legal problems in international business areas. The main contents of the course include: the Legal Sources of International Business Law; International Business Organization Law; Contract Law of International Business; Contract Law for the International Sales of Goods; the Law for International Carriage of Goods; International Technology Trade Law; International Product Liability Law and the Law on Settlement of International Business Disputes.

本课程介绍国际投资活动中的基本概念、基本原理和基本理论，包括国际投资的动机、产生、发展、特征、趋势与影响，投资环境分析，投资方式和风险管理等等。国际直接投资的主要方式是绿地投资和跨国并购，相关理论有垄断优势论、内部化理论、国际生产折衷论、产品生命周期论等。国际间接投资的主要形式是国际中长期信贷和国际证券投资。在跨国经营过程中，应合理分析国际投资环境，制定全面完善的投资策略，正确管理国际投资中的各种风险。我国的利用外资已经取得了较大成绩，近年来的对外直接投资飞速发展。通过学习本课程，学生应了解国际投资的基本概念、运作原理，增强国际视野，用全球化的思路来思考问题和解决问题，为工作研究和参与国际投资实践打下基础。

Course Introduction for “International Investment”
This course introduces basic conceptions and principles of international investment, including incentives, development, characteristics, advances and influences of international investment. Greenfield investment and cross-border Merger & Acquisition are two main forms of foreign direct investment, which can be explained by Monopolistic Advantage Theory, Internalization Theory, Eclectic Theory of International Production, Product Life Cycle Theory, etc. International long term credit and international securities are major forms of international indirect investment. Multinationals need to make environment evaluation of international investment, design successful investment strategy and manage different kind of investment risk. China has made great achievements in utilization of foreign capital. And China’s FDI has got fast development in recent years. Through the studying of this course, students should learn basic ideas, concepts, analysis methods and principles of international investment, and learn to solve relative problems in the perspective of globalization.

Foreign Trade English Correspondence is a required professional course for the undergraduate majoring in international economics and trade, linking the knowledge of international trade with English writing. The main contents include the correspondence writing in international business covering establishing business relations, inquiry, offer, counter-offer, conclusion of business, payment terms, letter of credit, shipment and delivery, packing and shipping mark. The purpose is for student to be familiar with English term and expression in international business and capable of correspondence in English so as to do international business.
