工程材料》课程介绍

《工程材料》是工程管理、国际工程项目管理、工程造价专业教学计划中一门实践性很强的专业基础课,目的与任务是通过本课程的学习,使学生比较系统地了解工程材料性质与材料结构的关系,以及性能改善的途径,了解材料与设计参数及施工措施选择的相互关系。理解与掌握主要土木材料的性质、使用方法以及检测和质量控制方法,并能针对不同工程合理选用材料为后续的专业课打基础。主要内容包括土木工程材料的基本性质、天然石材、气硬性无机胶凝材料水泥混凝土、建筑砂浆、金属材料、墙体材料、沥青及沥青混合料、防水材料木材、高分子建筑材料、装饰材料绝热材料和吸声材料、常用土木工程材料试验。

学时:32学时

Course Introduction to "Civil Engineering Materials"

    "Civil engineering materials" is a practical professional basic curriculum in the teaching plan of project management,international project management and project cost management specialty,whose purpose and mission is through the studying of this course, students can systematically understand the relationship between the material properties and material structure ,methods for improving the performance of materials,and solution of material interactions with the selection of design parameters and construction measures;understand and master the main properties of construction materials,,method of use,inspection and quality control method, and can select appropriate materials according to the different engineering, in preparation for  for the follow-up courses.The main contents include: The basic properties of civil engineering materials,natural stone, air hardening inorganic gelling materials,  cement, concrete , building mortar, metallic materials, Wall materials,,asphalt and asphalt mixtures, waterproof materialswoodpolymer materials for construction, decorative materialsheat insulating materials,sound absorbing material,common civil engineering material testing.

《土木工程测量Ⅱ》课程介绍

土木工程测量》是工程管理、国际工程项目管理、工程造价等专业的一门重要技术基础课。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握工程测量的基本知识、基础理论和基本技能。能正确使用常规测量仪器和工具,对测量新仪器和新技术有所了解。并在基本的测绘、测设、计算、用图等方面得到系统的训练,为解决建筑工程、道路工程、桥隧工程、城市规划、工程管理等建设中的实际测量问题奠定良好的基础。

建设工程监理概论是工程管理、国际工程项目管理、工程造价等专业的一门重要专业课或选修课。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握监理制度和建设工程法律法规的基本知识,监理工程师和监理企业的设立条件和执业特点,建设工程目标控制、风险管理及监理组织的基本原理,监理规划编写要求和方法。通过理论学习及案例分析,充分了解建设工程监理在我国存在的必要性与发展的要求,为自己持续学习打下基础;充分了解建设工程监理行业工作特点;充分了解工程项目管理的内涵与法律环境、人文环境;充分了解职业人员的道德、行为、观念等等的职业内涵。提高学生全面掌握工程项目管理及监理的实际运用能力。

《房屋建筑学》课程介绍

本课程是一门理论和实践相结合的课程,涉及到了材料、结构、设备及建筑艺术各方面的知识。本课程主要内容为介绍民用建筑和工业建筑的设计原理和构造原理。通过学习,系统了解房屋建筑空间组合设计原理和构造设计原理,完整了解结构、施工、与建筑之间的密切关系。使学生学会运用建筑设计的基本原理进行一般工业与民用建筑设计和解决工程管理中的技术问题,并为以后各专业课学习和将来具体施工管理打下一定的基础。

The main contents of this course is to introduce the design principle and the structure principle of civil and industrial buildings. 《工程结构上》是工程管理、工程造价、国际工程项目管理专业教学计划中一门主干课程,目的是通过本课程的学习,使学生在原来掌握工程结构的基本理论和实用设计方法的基础上,懂得结构的可能性,以保证工程使用要求、材料的选用和施工的可行性,具备根据建筑(土木)工程项目的特点、性质、功能和业主的要求正确、合理地进行工程结构设计的能力。本课程的主要任务是学习和掌握工程结构材料和构件的性能、设计原理、工程结构的设计方法及其构造要求。主要内容包括钢筋和混凝土材料的力学性能、混凝土结构基本设计原则、钢筋混凝土受弯构件截面承载力计算、钢筋混凝土轴向受力构件、受扭构件承载力计算、钢筋混凝土受弯构件的变形及裂缝验算、梁板结构设计、单层工业厂房结构、混凝土框架结构、砌体结构等。

The main task of this course is to learn and master the steel structure, subgrade and pavement composition, basic design method and construction requirements. The main contents include features and applications of the steel structure. calculation principles of the steel structure, material of steel structure, links of steel structures, flexural members, tension members of steel structure, subgrade engineering, general design of subgrade, roadbed stability analysis, asphalt pavement design and construction.etc.

建设法规是调整工程建设领域所发生的各种经济关系的法律规范的总称。建设法规主要讲述我国民法的基本原理和与工程建设有关的法律法规。本课程的目的是通过教学使学生掌握建设法律、法规的基本知识,培养学生的工程建设法律意识,使学生具备运用所学建设法律、法规基本知识解决工程建设中相关法律问题的基本能力。

The main contents involve: introduction to the project cost , cost structure, pricing model, cost management in decision-making phase, cost management in design phase, cost management in bidding phase, cost management in construction phase, cost management in final acceptance and post-evaluation phase, ICT for cost control, etc.

建筑工程计量与计价根据拟建建筑工程的设计图纸、建筑工程预算定额、费用定额、建筑材料预算价格等有关规定,预先计算每个新建、扩建、改建和复建项目所需全部费用的技术经济文件。

   “Project measurement and valuation” is a practical course in the teaching scheme for the specialty of project cost. Through the study of this course, students should be able to prepare some technical and economic documents which mainly involve pre-calculating total cost for a certain new, reconstruction, expansion or rehabilitation project according to the relevant technical documents and provisions, such as the proposed construction design drawings, construction budget quota, cost quota, prices and other construction materials budget.

   By learning this course, students should make progress in the following aspects: First, to master the contents and methods of construction budget so as to combine the book knowledge with practical engineering to choose a reasonable order of calculation and list computing items correctly; Second, to grasp calculating rules and methods of each section; Third, to choose the proper quota items, calculate a comprehensive price, grasp calculation procedures and methods of cost calculation, and work out a whole set of construction tender forms.
