《小组工作》课程介绍
小组工作是社会工作的基本方法之一，也称为团体工作。指以团体或小组为对象，并通过小组或团体的活动为其成员提供社会服务的方法。其目的是促进团体或小组及其成员的发展，使个人能借助集体生活加快自身的社会化；协调和发展个人与个人、个人与团体和团体与团体之间的社会关系；发挥团体或组织的社会功能，促进社会的进步与健康发展。我国人民政府、企事业单位与群众组织都鼓励人们根据自愿的原则参加一定的团体或组织活动，利用团体成员间的相互影响、相互帮助、相互促进，使个人社会化。

Course Introduction to "Introduction to Social Work"
Social Work is the theory, methods, practice combing and analysis of social work. Mainly
describes the historical development of social work, value systems, theoretical foundation, the process model , describes many professional social work methods, like the case, group, community, social administration, social policy and social studies, introduces the elderly , children and adolescents, the disabled, women, health care, correction and other basic knowledge of social work main practice areas.
