1．Training Aim

The major training aim is to cultivate the professional talents systemically mastering the modern economics principle, grasping the basic theory and skill of international economics and trade, familiar with the prevailing rules and practices of international trade, knowing about economic policy of China and the social situations of main countries or regions and capable of fulfilling the duties in foreign enterprise, body or government.

The knowledge and skill of the graduates include：

(1) Knowledge of science and humanity, global awareness, literacy ability and communication ability;

(2)  Good command of English, abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

(3)  Requisite skills in international trade practice, international business negotiation and electronics business.

(4)  Knowledge of international economics & trade and ability of analyzing and solving international trade problems.

(5)  Ability of self-study, innovating awareness, and knowing about the theory advance and developing trends.  

(6)  The modern information skills necessary for foreign economic affair work.

(7)  Knowledge of statistics and econometrics to do empirical study and analysis.
