《国际经济学》是在西方微观和宏观经济理论基础上发展起来的一门独立课程，是经济学一般理论在国际经济范围内的延伸和应用。研究的是开放经济环境下一国或地区经济及其与外部世界的经济关系，以及资源在国际范围内的最优配置。主要内容包括：国际贸易理论与政策,要素流动理论,国际金融理论与开放经济下的宏观经济政策。

"International economics" is an independent course developed in the base of the theory of Western Micro and macro economy, is the extension and application of general theory of economics in the scope of international economy. "International economics" is the study of the economy of a country or a region and its economic relations with the outside world under the open economic environment, and the optimal allocation of resources in the international context. The main content includes: international trade theory and policy, factor flow theory, international financial theory and the macro economic policy under the open economic environment.
